Terms and Conditions
ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com (ABN 14 245 003 207) is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Users of LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria and to the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.
Currency
All our prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
Where possible we will display the estimated price in the currency of your choice at the exchange rate between that currency and AUD as at the time of placing the order. The transaction will appear on your account in your local currency at the exchange rate set by your credit card provider at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any variations in currency conversion due to your credit card provider using a different rate. For sales within Australia all of our products and services attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
Electronic products
Purchase of electronic products such as ebooks and online software will generate an immediate link sent to your email account. This is an automated process and any delays would be due to electronic server disruptions.
Non-electronic products
We endeavor to process orders within seven (7) business days. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries with an incorrect or incomplete address.
Please contact us if an order is not received within the expected delivery period.
Payment
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payments can be made using VISA and MasterCard credit cards or Australian banking cheque. Overseas cheques will be not accepted.
Payment is required before goods are sent or course registration is confirmed.
Please note ShoulderPhysio accepts no responsibility for cash being sent in the mail.
Cancellation policy
Electronic product purchases cannot be cancelled once a payment transaction has been made.
Non-electronic product purchases can be cancelled if we are notified during Australian (east coast) business hours before the product is dispatched. If you cancel an order, before dispatch, your payment will be refunded minus a cancellation processing fee. If your order has been dispatched or delivered, we are unable to refund your money.
Delivery terms
All local and international orders are welcome.

For non-electronic products sent overseas, in general, non-trackable Airmail and registered Airmail deliveries take 7 – 10 working days and Express deliveries take 2 – 4 working days. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post, or Registered Post, which include a track and trace facility. If you believe your order is delayed, ShoulderPhysio records the consignment number of the goods and can supply it to you for postal tracking.
Orders outside Australia
Customers can have goods sent via non-trackable Airmail, registered Airmail or DHL Express which are both trackable. DHL and registered Airmail require signature on delivery.
Returns and refunds
If your goods are defective or not what you ordered you should alert us within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods. We will then discuss a method to resolve the error.
Security
ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com has no access to your bank data, and we do not store your bank or credit card information. You are therefore required to enter your payment details with every order you place with us. Personal information you enter on our website www.homeculture.com.au (address, credit card number, account number, etc.) is encrypted by a 256bit SSL connection in an attempt to stop your information being intercepted or read by unauthorized persons. However, ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com does not give any warranty that our efforts will be successful. ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) resulting from any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card. ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com is not liable for any damage caused to your computer equipment arising from any computer viruses, worms, spyware programs, or otherwise because of connecting to our website. Please ensure your anti-virus software, firewalls and other protection programs are kept up-to-date.
Subscription
If and when you decide to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form and to comply with the payment terms and Terms & Conditions of Use set out below. You agree that if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ShoulderPhysio reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your membership. We reserve the right to reject any member at ShoulderPhysio’s sole discretion.
